ID is required for all piercings: 18 and over, a physical ID that is not expired will need to be presented at the time of your service**if you are under 18, you will be required to present School ID, School Portal, Permit or DL for Identification,
The Minors birth Certificate, NO EXCEPTIONS & the parent or guardian must be present and their ID/Name must match. If a guardian, please provide guardianship paperwork.
All minors under 12, please have their immunization card, birth certificate and parent ID as well,
Legal Birth Certificate is required as their ID until they are 18. Current photo ID as well, for any minor over12.
We provide services for under 3, Sunday & Monday by appointment only, visit Jenn's website to book or via DM.
